Description
The Senior HR Change Management Professional is a part of the Enterprise Agility and Change team. Our objective is to enable the evolution into the customer-centric operating model. Senior Change Management professional enables the 'people side' of change for initiatives critical to the success of the operating model transformation. The Senior HR Change Management Professional will support assessments of organizational change readiness, development of change management plans and implementation of interventions to drive change adoption and absorption.
Humana's evolution to a new operating model over the next several years will create a lot of change. To achieve the objectives and to help our associates thrive through it, a big emphasis is being put on managing the people-side of the change.

Humana's Enterprise Agility and Change team is leading an efforts to shift how we work, moving from a siloed departments to integrated, agile programs and teams that bring together operators, designers and technologists in a way that creates value for our customers and our Enterprise. Changing the norms and systems that govern how we work is no small feat! We are bringing in a small team of smart, passionate, and execution focused professionals to support us as we build and execute our Enterprise transformation model.
Responsibilities:
Be part of a cross-functional team that is partnered with senior leaders to support them through the transformation process.
Inform the creation of a scalable and repeatable change management strategy and model
Help us manage and measure change adoption
Perform program assessments
Conduct stakeholder analysis
Partner with change management lead to develop change management strategy and plan
Execute change management plan
Develop and execute change management interventions
Partner with communications team for execution of communications plan
Develop stakeholder communications and support materials
Measure change adoption
Populate change health dashboard
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
3 or more years of consulting and/or change management experience
Strong execution ability; willing to dive in even in situations where there is ambiguity or uncertainty
Strong problem-solving experience, i.e. ability to identify, structure and solve business problems
High emotional intelligence and ability to build relationships
Strong business acumen and analytical skills with proven ability to apply foundational strategy principles to a variety of business problems
Proven experience working directly with and presenting to Executive level management
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to interact with senior leadership internally and externally
Commitment to professional and personal growth
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
Healthcare industry experience
Agile experience
