Roles & Responsibilities:
Ensures the definition and execution of the strategy across the US Lymphoma/Myeloid (L/M) Franchise:
Ensures a consistent, integrated and aligned US Lymphoma/Myeloid (L/M) Franchise strategy definition and execution, in collaboration with the US Hematology brand leads
In particular, monitors the definition and implementation of LOE management strategies across L/M assets concerned, as well as the definition of L/M patient and sequencing strategies
Drives L/M strategic planning process in collaboration with the relevant functions
Proactively addresses and manages risks and issue escalation
Identifies synergies across the organization
Effectively partners with key stakeholders across the BMS matrix
Interfaces primarily with the US L'/M brand teams, the US Hematology leadership team and the BMS Capabilities leads
Partners with the L/M brand teams to ensure the definition and execution of the L/M Franchise strategy
Partners with the leaders to find resources (headcount and/or budget) to achieve US L/M commercial objectives and drive allocation and prioritization of activities
Provides support to the US Hematology Strategy & Operations lead on Lymphoma/Myeloid topics:
Drives the agenda for the US Hem L/M topics and plays a central role in preparing for major meetings
Required Skills/Experience/Education:
Bachelor’s degree with a strong record of academic achievement
5-7 years of experience in the Healthcare industry, with Marketing and/or Field experience required
Strong influence/negotiation skills and relationship management capabilities; experience working in a highly matrixed organization
Ability to bring strategy and analysis to a tactical, executable level; results-oriented
Strong project and process management skills, along with the ability to work on multiple tasks, and to effectively prioritize
Strong problem solving skills and demonstrated ability to perform complex quantitative and qualitative analysis
Ability to use resources effectively to overcome challenges and complexities and achieve business objectives
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Strong commitment to personal and professional growth
Preferred Skills/Experience/Education:
Knowledge/experience in Lymphoma and/or Myeloid disease areas
