SEND Support Worker in Barnet - North London
Protocol Education work with various Primary and Secondary SEN schools within the Barnet area, and are looking for Teaching Assistants and LSAs for short term, long term and daily vacancies. We, along with our schools are seeking committed and reliable professionals who are passionate about ensuring the best possible support and assistance for all students who require it.
We receive a variety of Special Educational Needs roles for our Support Staff including: One-to-One assistance, working with children demonstrating Challenging Behaviour and also roles providing support for students with more complex needs.
The ideal candidate should be:
1. Keen to develop and share their experience and knowledge of SLD, PMLD and ASD
2. A creative, flexible and adaptive thinker
3. An excellent team player with a positive attitude and a sense of humour
4. Experienced at leading a class staff team
5. In possession of an up to date DBS or be willing to obtain one through Protocol Education
