Job Requirements
Be prepared to bring the following with you:
Valid HHA or PCA certificate
State issued photo ID Resident card or US Passport Social Security card
Physical,including height, weight, pulse,blood pressure ( performed within the last 30 days)
PPD or chest x-ray ( performed within the last 6 months )
Rubella and Rubeola titers ( performed within the last 5 years)
Drug Screening ( performed within the last 6 months )
