This is the 18th time we have made the list!u003c/pu003enu003cpu003eu003cstrongu003eTelecare Recovery Station - Be Well Orange programu003c/strongu003e is a 12 cot, 24/7 program designed to help adults safely detox from their substance use. During the 6-8 hours at the Be Well Recovery Station, staff will provide individuals who are acutely intoxicated brief interventions and referrals to treatment, in addition to an opportunity to rest and recuperate in a safe and protective setting. More than just a place to u0026ldquo;sober up,u0026rdquo; the Recovery Station will offer an opportunity for engagement and connection to the larger system of care. u0026nbsp; u003cstrongu003eThis program is scheduled to open in January 2021u003c/strongu003eu003c/pu003enu003cpu003ePOSITION SUMMARYu003cbr /u003eThe Program Director oversees and coordinates the day-to-day functioning of the Program in accordance with Telecare policies and all applicable State regulations. Using Psychiatric Rehabilitation principles and Recovery Philosophy, the Program Director provides clinical and administrative supervision, coaching, and education for assigned team members with appropriate support to ensure service excellence as well as courteous, helpful, and respectful services to program members.u003cbr /u003eu003cbr /u003eQUALIFICATIONSu003cbr /u003eRequired: u003cbr /u003eo Minimum five (5) years of experience in management, which shall include two (2) or more of the following: staff supervision, fiscal operations, or business administration. u003cstrongu003e2 of those years must be experience in a substance use treatment programu003c/strongu003eu003cbr /u003eo Understanding of community mental health and substance use services, psychiatric rehabilitation concepts, and the recovery philosophyu003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Current CA license as a u003cstrongu003eRegistered Nurse, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Marriage Family Therapist, PhD, or Clinical Psychologistu003c/strongu003eu003cbr /u003eu003cstrongu003eu0026bull; u003c/strongu003eFor Registered Nurses, Bachelor Degree OR four (4) years additional experience in progressively responsible supervisory/leadership positions in a psychiatric or health care settingu003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Must be at least 18 years of ageu003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employmentu0026nbsp; and maintain current certification throughout employment u003cbr /u003eu0026bull; All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification.
