Responsibilities
As a Product Manager for Whole Person Health here at Author, you will be responsible for contributing to and executing on the product roadmap enabling Author's incredible Health Team to provide truly differentiated whole person health journeys for our Members. This role will work across roles and stakeholders as well as technologies and platforms throughout Author to gather and validate needs that lead to well defined prioritized features that enable the relational member and associate facing experiences that Author is known for. The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare as well as product design and delivery in an Agile environment. This position will be located in either our Louisville, KY or Boston, MA locations however Work-At-Home will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Active contributor to the member and associate experiences product vision, strategy, and execution.
Drive and own product and feature related decisions, incorporating feedback from business owners, technology team members, and other key stakeholders.
gather requirements and feedback from multiple stakeholders and translate them into features that align to the product vision and roadmap(s).
Help to evangelize and create buy-in for the product roadmap with key internal and external partners.
Create detailed requirements with clear acceptance criteria and supporting user stories feeding into our Scaled Agile Framework Delivery process.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar discipline.
2-5 years of professional experience with 1 year of consumer-facing software produce management experience.
Experience and Knowledge of Agile product development and delivery processes and supporting tools such as Aha!, Jira, Trello, Confluence, Miro, and Monday.
1 years in a healthcare setting.
Preferred Qualifications
2 or more years of Experience in a healthcare setting and ideally working with senior and/or Medicare Advantage Plans
Experience Developing Omnichannel experiences.
Experience with contact center and CRM Platforms and Environments
Deep knowledge of Design Thinking and having Practical Experience working with customers using contemporary Hypothesis Validation and Testing techniques.
Deep Technology Curiosity and Desire to stay on the bleeding edge of relevant overall and industry specific innovations.
