We are a collaborative care practice that sees adolescent to adult patients with diverse diagnosis’s and works closely with our Primary Care to address behavioral health needs of patients. The psychiatrist in this model acts as a consultant to the primary care team regarding behavioral health concerns. This position is involved in an afterhours/weekend call rotation that addresses both outpatient and inpatient consults. The primary focus of this clinical practice is outpatient in a collaborative care model within the primary care setting. This position is based in our Bellevue and Issaquah Medical Centers, which are a part of our eight regional medical centers, both located on the Eastside in the Puget Sound Region.

• Psychiatry leadership experience preferred
• Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of WA
• Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority needed for specific practice
