Care Connection Home Care LLC, a growing and respected licensed home care agency on Long Island, is seeking qualified CHHAs, PCAs and Companions to join our team of caregivers. At Care Connection Home Care we recognize our caregivers are our greatest asset and we work hard to find a placement and schedule that works best for them. Currently, we are placing part-time and full-time cases in our service areas including Nassau, Suffolk and Queens Counties. Responsibilities
Duties of a CHHA and PCA include but are not limited to assistance with bathing, feeding, dressing, toileting, ambulation and transferring, light housekeeping and medication management. Duties of a companion include but are not limited to cooking, light housekeeping and laundry, medication reminders, drives to doctor’s appointments, errands, conversation, reading and accompanying to events.

Job Requirements
Valid Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide Certification
Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screen
Valid drivers license (when driving client is necessary)
Must be able to able to lift up to 50 lbs (CHHAs and PCAs)
