Program Technical Product Owner

Description
We are looking for a program technical product owner that will own planning and delivering key platform functionality such as developer experience automation, API enhancements, machine learning engineering and analytics supporting features that deliver value across all program teams.
Responsibilities
Work with customer and product managers, stakeholders, agile leaders, architects, tech leads and engineering leadership to develop and maintain program product vision
Lead team product owners to align them to program scope
Communicate and advocate the product vision
Work with internal and external customers to prioritize development requests for the product
Work with architects and engineering leadership to turn vision and customer requests into roadmap and milestones
Clarifies questions on requirements, translate business requirements into technical stories
Define and articulate personas, user journeys and key success metrics for the product
Work with development teams to address questions / concerns during sprints
Maintain a healthy and prioritized product backlog with appropriately sized epics and stories
Lead creation of and communicate the release plan, advocate for the value of the product release
Constantly re-prioritizes the product backlog based on customers feedback and leadership direction
Engage with customers for product adoption and collect feedback
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
8 or more years of progressive IT experience as a leader in large IT projects
5 or more years of project leadership experience
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Experience with product and interface design Experience with agile product development Experience of working in a large program, navigating through complexities and competing priorities from multiple teams. Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure etc.). Excellence in at least one of these is highly desirable Basic Knowledge of distributed software architecture, such as microservices Experience with software development life cycle Knowledge of distributed storage and query engines, such as HDFS and Spark
Preferred Qualifications
Experience and understanding with basic data analytics / machine learning workflows
Experience with healthcare information technology
Master's Degree
