Description
The Acquisition Integration Advisor performs project-oriented duties related to the integration of an acquired entity into the company. The Acquisition Integration Advisor works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

This role is located in Louisville, KY, Atlanta GA, Kansas City KA, Charlotte NC, or Austin TX is a preference to be able to go into the office at times however remote will also be considered.
The Acquisition Integration Advisor performs program management oriented duties related to the integration of an acquired entity into the company stemming from a merger and/or acquisition, separation of a portion of the company resulting from a divestiture, as well as involvement in other large scale enterprise initiatives, such as strategic partnerships and internal migration initiatives.
Designs, communicates, and implements an operational plan for completing the program and partners with stakeholders offering strategic consulting and guidance; monitors progress and performance against the project plans; takes action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
This position resides within Humana's Home Segment reporting to the Vice President of Home Business Integration.
Responsibilities:
Applies program, integration, and risk management oriented disciplines to effectively orchestrate, enable, and lead Integration Work Streams consisting of cross-functional teams led by stakeholders from across the organization.
Collaborates closely with leadership to set direction of an integration to align with the strategic rationale and financial, quality, and/or experience value
Leads integration planning and execution by identifying, developing, and gathering the resources to complete the program activities. Prepares designs and work specifications; develops program and project schedules, budgets and forecasts; and selecting materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors.
Leverages people, process, technology, and analytics to enable business stakeholders to capture value by achieving synergies and supporting efforts to achieve financial, quality, and/or experience outcomes
Advises leadership as a trusted partner to develop functional strategies, drive strategic decision making and attain value outcomes.
Works effectively with minimal supervision by exercising independent professional judgment and decision making on complex issues and risks to determine best course of action.
Travel may be 30-50% depending on location and covid traveling restrictions
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
7 or more years of program management, process improvement and/or data analytics experience
2 or more years of program leadership experience
Consulting experience
Strong business and financial acumen
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport at all levels within the organization
Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.
Executive presence with the ability to confidently interact with and advise senior management
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree
Experience with Project, Visio
Acquisition experience
Healthcare industry experience
M&A experience
Six Sigma Black Belt
