RN Outpatient Residency Opportunities - 2020/2021','202216','Clinical Practice and Professional Development','Washington-Seattle','Days','40 hours per week','40 hours per week','variable - most starting at 7 or 8AM','variable - most starting at 7 or 8AM','Monday - Sunday/Variable','Monday - Sunday/Variable','','','!*!RN Residencies - Ambulatory   Applications are now being accepted for our winter/spring 2020/2021 new graduate RN Residency program.  We will be conducting Zoom video interviews for remaining openings in mid-December.  Placement opportunities are available in several clinics (list below subject to change) including and not limited to:UrologySports Medicine Pulmonary Medicine & RehabPlastic SurgeryFacial PlasticsGeneral SurgeryVirtual Care RN Your residency will be a time of learning, training and having opportunities to expand your nursing practice. Our personalized Vizient/AACN Nurse Residency Program™ is tailored to your individual needs and provides the opportunity to develop your career. The goal is to provide you with an environment that helps you learn and to give you all the resources you need to be a safe and successful member of the Virginia Mason team!   Please be sure to review all the requirements and upload all necessary documents when you submit your application.  Residency Details: 12 month program- includes didactic classroom learning, small group sessions, individual learning modules and hands-on clinical experience with a trained RN preceptor No contract required Variety of inpatient & outpatient units available; placement determined by areas of interest and the selection committee Zoom video interviews will be scheduled for mid December 2020 Program is based on the Virginia Mason Nursing Professional Practice Model Residency start dates will be flexible, depending on graduation date and NCLEX test date Most positions will be 40 hours/week, 8 hours/day ','!*!

An active WA State RN license prior to starting the Residency


BSN required (or Nurse Tech at Virginia Mason)


Must be available for the Zoom video interview process



Time off may be limited during the residency period
