Responsible for independent performance of a variety of waived, moderate and high-complexity testing. Responsible for testing equipment maintenance, procedure quality control and reagent calibration. Supports department QA studies bycollecting statistics and troubleshooting for process improvement.Aids in new employee orientation. Performs other duties as assigned by Director. Minimum Requirements:

4 year Bachelor’s degree

Minimum one year experience Education/Licenses/Certifications:

ASCP or NCA certification or equivalent

7 hours AIDS education or prior Washington state HCA license

HCA License within 90 days

AHA Healthcare BLS

Additional Information

$20,000 Sign on Bonus eligible for external candidates only with a 2 year commitment
