Description

The Senior Product Manager - Fully Insured supports strategy development, delivery, and management of the 100 medical insured portfolio for the Employer Group business.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager supports all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace, by partnering to develop products to meet specific customer needs and achieve specific cost and success outcomes. This role will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to develop and drive innovative product strategy in the commercial segment growth. Once products are launched, supports leadership to monitor efficacy of products using a test and learn framework, and uses customer and business partner feedback to ensure products are meeting customer needs across each customer segmentation, adjusting products over time to continue to achieve the desired outcomes.

The Senior Product Manager will support product leadership and their partnership with sales and our local markets to drive an optimized and competitive medical portfolio. Understanding network design, benefit design, product compliance, and pricing/trend levers will be key to the Senior Product Manager's success. Success outcomes for the role are measured at a segment scorecard level, supporting overall growth and sales goals, member engagement, and NPS, alongside our ability to differentiate our core health plan offerings.

End-to-end thinking driven by customer needs and iterative development are twin principles for the Employer Product Team, which all team members are expected to champion and excel in. This role will lead sustained innovation via test and learn and partner on joint goals across sales, marketing, clinical, operations to deliver optimal membership and health outcomes. Maintaining a lens toward the external marketplace in partnership with our business development team will be vital to anticipate trends, identify new partnerships, and explore new product concepts in this role.

Required Qualifications

4 Years of Healthcare Experience (Product Development preferred)

3 Product Management & Strategy Experience

3 Years of Medical Insured Commercial/Employer Plan Experience

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Advanced skillset in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

Excellent Communication and Presentation skills - comfortable and ability in presenting in front of C-Level Executives

Must have the ability to provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role). A minimum standard speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) is required.

A dedicated home office space, with a locked door, lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Associates working in the state of Arizona must comply with the Tobacco Free Hiring Policy (see details below under Additional Information) and upon offer will be subjected to nicotine testing as part of a 10-panel drug test
