This is a full time Monday-Friday supervisory role focusing on Acute Care & Ambulatory Procedures.
The Virginia Mason Cancer Institute is a multi-disciplinary program which provides a continuum of care for prevention/detection, cancer diagnosis and treatment, and hospice/bereavement.
Outpatient chemotherapy treatments are available Monday through Saturday with flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the patient. Oncology Staff are skilled in giving care to patients both professionally and compassionately. The Oncology Infusion Center also provides injections and intravenous treatments for patients with other medical diagnosis.

This position provides supervision in areas such as acute care, outpatient ambulatory procedures, and the Ambulatory Surgical Centers (ASC). Ensures optimal flow and utilization of resources to meet demand for services with available staff. Addresses patient care or service problems as necessary.
This position requires current licensure as a registered nurse plus three years acute care nursing.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize the demands of daily operations and organize resources required.
Also requires demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills, active listening skills and conflict mediation ability.
Demonstrated ability to facilitate change and build effective teams also required.
Current supervisory skills are strongly preferred
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing strongly preferred.
