We’re building a team of innovators to radically transform the healthcare industry. Work environment is a fast-paced, innovative, upscale clinic environment, primarily 12-hour shifts. We are open 8a-8p every day.
Our Customer Flow Concierges use their ability to anticipate needs to add elements of surprise and delight to an urgent care visit. As a Customer Flow Concierge, you ensure a consistent, reliable, and refreshingly friendly atmosphere for Indigo customers. Optimizing clinic flow is your top priority through the following responsibilities:
Tech-Based Customer Arrival Process: You seamlessly guide the customer through the online and in-clinic registration process using your exceptional customer service skills and use of our software platforms. Your analytic skills enable you to help minimize wait times and maximize the customer experience through consistent customer and care team communication.
Payment Collections: Your attention to detail enables you to reliably quote and collect customer payment at time of service and explain insurance coverage based the use of our predictive software platform and electronic medical record system.
Clinic Operational Flow: You guide customers through their clinic visit so it feels exceptional to each one of them, as well as to you and your care team. You maintain confidentiality and follow safety parameters of an urgent care environment.
Care Coordination: You coordinate customer discharges with your clinic team to ensure a sense of quality and urgency and a lasting final impression. You organize referral and downstream appointments to ensure a seamless transition from Indigo to the next care facility as appropriate.
Seamless Experience: You are a successful team player and earn the trust of your team and your customers through thoughtful interactions. You understand the value of one’s time. You embody the Indigo Experience standards we are honored to work alongside you on this journey to transform health care together. Minimum Requirements:
2 years of experience in an upscale retail, hospitality, and/or tech environment (Starbucks, Airlines, Hotel/Resort, Apple Store, Restaurant, theater, etc.) Education/Licenses/Certifications:
High School Graduate or equivalent
