Aon Is Looking For A Healthcare BrokerAs part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our National Healthcare Practice business group, in Philadephia, PA.   Your Impact As A Healthcare Broker Job Responsibilities:Support health care brokers in duties related to submission preparation, data analysis, renewal proposals, quote entry and production of reports, invoicing, policy review and form comparison.Gather all information necessary to prepare complete renewal submission, format per best practices and load into submission entry system.Contribute to analysis of current risk transfer programs including coverage and cost analysis and graphical representation of the program.Stratify loss data using Excel templates and pivot tablesProvide benchmarking reports related to limits and programs.Review risk transfer quotes and comparison of program options as part of the client proposal presentation. Review of issued policy and/or certificate language, verifying issued as bound and in conformance with quotation specifications.Develop productive business relationships with key insurance underwriters and Aon local office teams.Develop understanding of alternative risk financing and program design as it relates to Trusts, Captives and Risk Retention Groups Assist in preparation of response to RFPs in consultation/coordination with broker.Provide input for the marketplace update to ensure that local market conditions, healthcare, tort reform and Patient Compensation Fund updates are appropriately presented Participate in renewal strategy discussions as part of the account team.Serve as a secondary market contact as assignedLead on accounts with support of senior staffServe as access point for benchmarking-related reports and for the input of data for programs. You Bring Knowledge and Expertise: Experience:Insurance licensing required - complete required training and exam necessary to obtain appropriate agent’s license(s) (may be obtained upon employment) and ongoing continuing education.Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, exceptional organizational skills, ability to make and communicate difficult decisions.0-5 years of casualty insurance brokerage and/or underwriting experience referredProven client facing skills including effective presentations & communications.Proven organization and ability to work with others.Experience in resource deployment and utilization management.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at various levels.Successfully operates in a fast-paced driven environment that requires the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products.Working knowledge of broking business a plusWorking knowledge of Health Care Professional Liability a plus Education:BS/BA degreeHow we support our colleagues  In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
