Description
SeniorBridge Home Care is seeking a Home Care Recruiter. The recruiter sources talent and coordinates prospective employees for hourly position interviews, and manages all job postings within a defined territory.
SeniorBridge is Humana's wholly-owned home care business acquired in 2012. We're passionate about helping families and loved ones find solutions that make life better. We provide concierge care management, private duty nursing, and personal care assistance services to seniors.
Responsibilities
The Home Care Recruiter is responsible for delivering recruiting success by sourcing, attracting, recruiting, and screening qualified home healthcare applicants within an assigned territory. They also conduct post-interview follow-up, create and extend offers and coordinate new hire training.
Responsibilities also include the following:
Under general supervision, assists in the implementation, development and administration of the SeniorBridge talent acquisition strategy.
Establishes working relationships with internal and external contacts to ensure successful implementation of the talent acquisition strategy
Assists in achievement of department and organizational staffing goals.
Provides support and expertise on the entire talent acquisition process.
Develops an ongoing pool of qualified candidates to fill current and future staffing needs.
Assists the recruiting manager in the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas for fulfilling branch office home health staffing needs.
This is a remote work opportunity, but participation in branch office meetings or events may be requested from time to time.
Required Qualifications
At least one year of experience in non-exempt staff recruitment, preferably in healthcare
Experience with applicant tracking systems and/or CRMs
Experience using recruiting platforms such as Indeed, CareerBuilder and ZipRecruiter
Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
Proficiency in the use of smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.
2 - 3 years of technical experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Experience with home health recruitment
Experience with seasonal or itinerant staffing
