A highly successful program needs a therapist!

Community Solutions, Inc in PA is adding a new program and seeking a dynamic Therapist

to provide in-home service, entitled Family Functional Therapy (FFT) in NEPA.

FFT is a family intervention program for at-risk youth ages 10 to 18 and their families. FFT demonstrates positive outcomes for improving family relations and communications, and builds on youth and family strengths as the motivation for change. Developed in 1972 and backed by more than four decades of research, FFT is proven effective in treating problems ranging from acting out/conduct disorder to defiant disorder and substance abuse. Community Solutions (CSI) has a history of providing FFT in multiple states and excited to bring this model to NEPA.

Therapist receive extensive training

in a research-based, outcome-driven treatment model. To ensure the best outcomes and fidelity to the model therapists receive weekly supervision, professional development, case management and consultation activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A Master’s degree in Social Services or related field preferred.

Candidates with a Bachelor degree and clinical experience accepted.

Social Work or other clinical license is preferred.

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
