Responsibilities

The Senior Value-Based Programs Analyst advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Utilizes data analytics to understand and report on the development and success of our value-based programs

Collaborates with teams across the organization to develop new KPIs to support the evaluation of our value-based providers

Captures, analyzes and manages data from a variety of sources

Supports the assessment of our value-based providers through ad hoc requests

Required Qualifications

3 years data analysis experience

2 years working with SAS and/or SQL platforms

Experience utilizing Power BI

Solid experience leading and managing mid-scale projects

Ability to effectively collaborate across internal departments

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to think 'outside the box'

Ability to identify issues and provide resolutions quickly

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Finance and/or related field

Experience with multiple lines of business (Medicare and Commercial segments)

Healthcare and/or managed care experience, preferably with a value-based care focus
