Description
The Senior Product Manager conceives of, develops, delivers, and manages products for customer use. The Senior Product Manager work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Responsibilities
The Senior Product Manager will work side-by-side with business partners to assist in the creation of the product roadmap. They will be responsible for conveying product vision to a delivery team by defining user stories and prioritizing a product backlog. They will work with the development team to ensure the right product is being built, in the right order, within agreed upon timelines. The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare launching digital products and working as part of a cross-functional team. They have a servant leader mindset and will be a champion for their product and their team. They will serve as the team's primary contact for information, work prioritization, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Create, maintain and prioritize the feature backlog
Develop detailed user stories that clearly articulate expected outcomes
Support product launches
Contribute to the member focused product vision, strategy and execution
Collaborate with business on the identification and design of new product features
Creation of leadership and stakeholder updates
Role Essentials
3 years of experience in a Product Owner or Product Manager role for a consumer facing digital product
Knowledge of Systems Development, including Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Strong, demonstrated problem solving and consulting skills within complex environments
Experience in facilitating cross-functional teams' efforts
Experience in a highly matrixed organization
Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to help team members navigate through ambiguity
Bachelor's Degree

Typically requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5 years of technical experience
