Responsibilities

Job Description

The Network Operations Coordinator 3 manages provider data including but not limited to demographics and contract accuracy.

Manages provider directory audits, previews credentialing, and utilizes contract management systems

Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes and techniques

Meets compliance deadlines and provides accurate and timely information to our clients

Provider/ group addition, termination and demographic changes

Required Qualifications

1 or more years of experience in healthcare insurance and/or Medical front office experience (within the last 3 years)

Work and live in MST and PST

Department Hours range between 6am-5pm PST, During Peak time work until 5pm PST, Hours subject to change based on business needsIntermediate skills with Microsoft Word and Excel

Ability to work in a deadline driven environment

Proven ability to work independently

According to Humana's COVID-19 policy, vaccination and masking is required regardless of vaccination status (with exception for eating and drinking) for associates working in a clinical setting where patients receive care (e.g., pharmacy retail locations, clinics, home care). The policy only requires the primary series alone (first and second vaccine). Boosters are encouraged, but not required. As part of our hiring process, we will be using an exciting interviewing technology provided by Modern Hire, a third-party vendor. This technology provides our team of recruiters and hiring managers an enhanced method for decision-making.

If participating in a SMS Text interview, you will be asked a series of questions to which you will be using your cell phone or computer to answer the questions provided. Expect this type of interview to last anywhere from 5-10 minutes. Your recorded interview(s) via text and/or pre-recorded voice will be reviewed and you will subsequently be informed if you will be moving forward to next round of interviews.

Humana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters. Associates who remain unvaccinated must either undergo weekly negative COVID testing OR wear a mask at all times while in a Humana facility or while working in the field.

Work-At-Home Requirements

WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.

A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.

Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay at the time of posting in Vancouver, Washington. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$40,200 - $55,200This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
