The Solution Manager, Healthcare Navigation Products

is focused on solving problems faced by our members, clients and providers. They work cross functionally to define and develop marketable solutions that create value for Quantum Health and those we serve. A key Product expert within the organization, they may be called upon to serve as a client-facing resource to help articulate Quantum Health’s products and services.

What you’ll do

Focus on execution of the product lifecycle across the assigned portfolio with a lens on product research, market research, competitive analysis, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development and product launch.

Partner with internal teams including solution experience, solution efficacy, marketing, sales, and account management, as well as external subject matter experts (SMES) to ensure we’re solving the right problems and adding value to our constituents.

Analyze constituent needs, current market trends and define solutions that create value

Assess competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation.

Analyze market data to develop sales strategies in partnership with marketing, sales and account management, define product objectives for effective marketing communication plans.

Create product strategy documents detailing the business case, high level use cases, projected revenue, Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization (EBITA) and ROI.

Translate product strategy into high level requirements and partner with solution experience team on delivery.

Define relevant success metrics, including but not limited to: client adoption, member adoption, program success, constituent experience, P&L, and additional relevant KPIs; Measure performance, ideate enhancements.

Leverage a user experience (UX), empathy-driven methodology to understand, quantify, and qualify all current and future product plans to ensure the maximum utilization and ROI.

Lead the creation and socialization of a roadmap for various initiatives that drive Quantum Health’s product offerings; Maintain and socialize prioritized roadmap.

Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Quantum Health; Work with marketing, sales and client engagement group for member/client facing solutions to ensure the value proposition is clear and effective.

Identify, evaluate and manage vendor/partner relationships related to existing or new products.

What you’ll bring

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.

Experience: 5-7 years’ experience in product management and/or new product development; Experience working closely with product owners, marketing, sales, account management and working in an agile work environment.

Expert knowledge of product design principles and the application of design thinking methodology.

Working knowledge of health insurance carriers, Third Party Administrators (TPAs) and/or healthcare navigation services.

Proven vendor management experience, including research, negotiation, contracting, accountability, etc.

Working experience with P&L, proformas and pricing strategies.

Ability to translate market/customer (internal and external) needs into solutions and strategies that meet those needs at or above gross margin goals.

Strong administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently.

Trustworthy and accountable behavior, capable of viewing and maintaining confidential information daily.
