The

Hospitality Companion

PRN

is responsible for administering non-medical services to residents, performing routine tasks in the care of residents, and helping residents adapt to changes that may occur due to illness and normal processes of aging.

Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent.

Nursing-related experience preferred.

Models MRC ICARE Values of Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence.

Models a service attitude toward others, takes ownership in solving problems and takes the initiative to make things better, is friendly and courteous to residents, families, and coworkers.

Ability to demonstrate sincere compassion.

Exhibits the ability to deal comfortably with the aged and chronically ill.
