Many of the innovative programs and vital services that we offer are not available elsewhere.We are searching for a\u00A0Nurse Practitioner\u00A0to join our agency, in a full-time or part-time capacity. This position is based out of our offices at 314 South Manning Blvd Albany, NY and works with an interdisciplinary team to provide the best care possible to our patients.\u00A0 At Center Health Care, we offer an integrated health care practice.\u00A0 We are known for our quality of care for individuals with disabilities, which is at the heart of our mission, as well as health care to the general public. Responsibilities: Performs screening of patients with problems requiring differential diagnosis and therapy Coordinates community and hospital services, assists in scheduling appointments and in making referrals as needed by patient and caregiver Follow standards of Professional Nursing practiceRequirements:\u00A0 Master\u2019s degree in Nursing Certified as a Nurse Practitioner At least 2 years of related experience preferred, specifically in working with people with developmental disabilitiesThe compensation range for this position is $63.00 - $73.00. Rate of pay is commensurate on experience.
