Responsibilities

The Autism Care Demonstration (ACD) Senior Learning Design Professional analyzes content, organizes content, designs solutions, and writes storyboards, scripts, performance support, newsletters and notification letters. Analyzes learning needs and collaborates with subject matter experts to provide input for course content. Ensures course content and trainings are in alignment with medical management policies and policy requirements for the ACD outlined in the TRICARE Operations Manual (TOM), Chapter 18, Section 4. Provides instruction and guidance. Knows how to use collaborative tools to facilitate learning. Plans, organizes, and develops training curriculum, materials, job performance aids and programs to meet specific training needs.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Partners with SMEs and other identified resources throughout the Enterprise to create education about the ACD

Collaborate with Training on creating and updated educational materials and associate onboarding schedules

Create and update associate job aids

Provide associate refresher training as needed

Maintain ASD specific trainings for ACD associates ensuring opportunity for performance excellence and compliance with TOM Chapter 18, section 4

Updated trainings with relevant information as appropriate

Collaborate with SMEs to draft beneficiary and provider letters

Submit letters to Marketing & Branding for approval

Document requirements for letters to be sent

Work with IT on any changes

Required Qualifications

Our Department of Defense contract requires U.S. citizenship for this position

Successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance (eQIP - Electronic Questionnaire for Investigation Processing)

Bachelor's degree

1 year of managed care experience

3 - 5 plus years of technical experience

2 years of experience facilitating training

Experience in creating presentations, educational content, and other forms of media to aid in virtual webinars, support groups, or parent trainings

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to prioritize appropriately

Proficient with Microsoft Office products

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

Progressive business and financial analytics experience with a focus on learning strategies and adult learning theories

Prior experience with the TRICARE Autism Care Demonstration

Work at Home Requirements

Must have a separate room with a locked door that can be used as a home office to ensure you have absolute and continuous privacy while you work

Must provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role). A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) is required
