AdvantageCare Rehabilitation is currently seeking a Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist to assist in a beautiful Skilled Nursing Facility located in Wellsboro, PA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To provide speech therapy services to patients as prescribed by the physician. To assist patients with speech, language, oral and pharyngeal sensor motor function, hearing, balance and their undergoing processes

To promote and assist patients in a progression of care to achieve optimum patient involvement and independent maintenance of their needs in the least restrictive environment.

To ensure quality and safe delivery of speech pathology services.

To ensure that speech pathology services reflecting AdvantageCare Rehabilitation's mission and standards are provided in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

To demonstrate support for achieving the mission of AdvantageCare Rehabilitation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be licensed to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

CCC Preferred, Strong CFY may be considered.
