Description
The Care Management Support Assistant 2 (Care Manager Assistant) decisions are typically focus on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments. Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction. Follows standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and/or independent discretion.
Responsibilities
The Care Management Support Assistant 2 (Care Manager Assistant) contributes to administration of care management.
Provides non-clinical support to the assessment and evaluation of members' needs and requirements to achieve and/or maintain optimal wellness state by guiding members/families toward and facilitate interaction with resources appropriate for the care and wellbeing of members.
Performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments.
Performs computations.
Typically works on semi-routine assignments.
Required Qualifications
Minimum one (1) year administration support experience, preferably in a healthcare industry.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
Familiarity with care and well-being resources.
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
Must have a separate room with a locked door that can be used as a home office, to ensure you have absolute and continuous privacy while you work.
Must have the ability to provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role). A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) is required.
Must reside in the state of Oklahoma; Occasional travel to office for staff meetings, training, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate's Degree.
Bilingual preferred (Spanish, Native Tribal, Vietnamese or other).
Previous experience working with Medicare, Medicaid and Dual eligible populations.
Experience with providing administrative support in a women's health setting.

Typical Days/Hours : Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm Central Standard Time (CST).
Travel: Occasional travel to our Oklahoma City office location for staff meetings, training, etc.
Interview Format
