As a global energy company operating in a challenging world, we set high standards of performance and ethical behaviors. We are judged by how we act and how we live up to our core values of honesty, integrity, and respect for people. Our Business Principles are based on these. They promote trust, openness, teamwork, and professionalism, as well as pride in what we do and how we conduct business.

Building on our core values, we aspire to sustain a diverse and inclusive culture where everyone feels respected and valued, from our employees to our customers and partners. A diverse workforce and an inclusive work environment are vital to our success, leading to greater innovation and better energy solutions.

Join us and you’ll add your talent and imagination to a business with the power to shape the future – whether by investing in renewables, exploring new ways to store energy or developing technology that helps the world to use energy more efficiently.

Households, businesses, and governments are worried about energy and especially now with the war in Ukraine, there is more uncertainty than ever around supplies and rising prices. The oil and gas industry realizes that secure, reliable, and affordable energy as well as the energy transition cannot be taken for granted and must be managed through engagement with governments, customers, and suppliers. To meet these challenges and find new opportunities in renewable energies, we need an engaged and high performing work force more than ever. This is where Shell Health plays an important role – to improve the health of our staff, contractors and in selected areas, our communities. This means we strive to improve the culture at work that allows people to nurture their health, their physical as well as mental and social health.

If the above, interests you, then please read on and see how you can contribute to solving the energy challenges of today whilst contributing to the energy transition of tomorrow (or rather today as well!). For some, we are not moving fast enough but Shell is making exceptional progress against their industry-leading energy transition strategy.
