The Director Reblozyl Beta thalassemia and Lifecycle Management s a critical member of the Reblozyl team. The Director will lead the commercialization efforts globally for the Beta thalassemia indication and life cycle management. They will partner closely with the marketing leads in the major markets to develop brand materials, ensure clarity in implementation and be the go-to leaders for the brand strategy by the major markets.
Roles & Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Reblozyl Worldwide Brand Team on the go-to-market Strategy for the B-thal and future indications. Deliver materials and strategies to drive launch readiness and enable implementation. Collaborate with broader Reblozyl team to develop regular communications to senior management on progress on strategy and in market execution including oversight to BOD.
Deliver overall message platform, scenario planning, strategic choice work and other key projects/activities
Drive and provide core worldwide deliverables to aid launches including message guidance documents, disease and competitive backgrounds.
Gain priority market endorsement on launch strategy and core deliverables working with other functions, priority markets and commercialization leads to both embed and drive rapid implementation of the GTM strategy
Review the market level plans, provide feedback, track execution, report on challenges encountered and develop remediation strategies
Deliverables include:
Disease landscape and unmet needs
Patients insights and voice of customer
Monitor and describe the competitive landscape
Develop and challenge revenue forecasts
Establish the strategic imperatives necessary to gain and maintain a leadership position within B-thal
Lead strategic planning for LCM
Requirements:
10/15 years industry experience with 5 years of marketing/equivalent experience. BA/BS required; MBA/graduate degree preferred.
Demonstrated experience in leading strategically, driving performance and fostering collaboration.
Experience in mobilizing matrix team members, regional partners, embracing teamwork and project management within a cross functional environment will be critical.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to effectively and efficiently drive performance are required.
Sales and marketing leadership, with P&L management preferred.
Experience in Myeloid/hematology space desired
