\u003cp\u003eUnder the supervision and direction Emergency Director, the Pharmacy Technician/HUC will be responsible for accurately collecting and entering current patient medications into the hospital\u0026rsquo;s information system for utilization by the licensed independent practitioners responsible for admitting and discharging the patient from the hospital; responsible for reporting any issues that cannot be addressed by Pharmacy ED physician; performs limited medication reconciliation, assists with coordination of Emergency Department transfers and clerical duties.\u003c/p\u003e
