MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience: Five years of medical office or business office experience in a physician practice to include one year of supervisory experience.

Licensure/Certification: Medical terminology.

Other: Must demonstrate effective leadership and supervisory skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with all clinic personnel, patients and visitors. Must be detail oriented and have sharp analytical skills to address and resolve complex issues as needed. Must be able to solve problems within the guidelines of established policies and procedures. Must demonstrate a positive demeanor, good verbal and written communication skills and a professional appearance and approach. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
