Description
As a Senior Physician Recruiter, Residency Liaison, you will help to develop a pipeline of physician candidates for Humana's Primary Care Organization (PCO). In this role you will set the stage to attract, engage, and hire physician talent across the PCO. You'll play an important strategic role in direct partnership with Divisional and Market leaders to create dynamic annual strategies.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Physician Recruiter, Residency Liaison, you will:
Work with PCO leaders to identify Target Residency & Fellowship programs year over year - taking into account multiple factors such as existing relationships with programs, school ranking, previous years' success, PCO market locations and other vacillating elements unique to each year's strategy
Support and execute the recruiting strategy and overall roadmap for branding and recruiting top talent at these residency and fellowship programs; utilize data and feedback to make strategic improvements to the Residency/Fellowship Outreach Program
Create and execute recruitment strategies for target programs including planned postings, recruitment events, company branding opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with target program contacts (i.e., Program Director, Program Coordinator, Chief Resident, etc.)
Identify and develop educational and social content to present to programs
Schedule educational forums at target programs throughout the calendar year
Work with the PCO Marketing team to create fluid branding campaigns to compel residents/fellows to learn more about the PCO
Connect interested residents/fellows to the appropriate PCO physician recruiter
Identify, organize, and lead associates within the PCO who have agreed to participate in residency/fellowship recruitment activities
Build out event calendar with partners to attract the right talent to the right areas within the PCO
Continuously gather and report out data in a multitude of areas such as data metrics by Target program, diversity data, candidate funnel and pipeline data to evaluate goals and strategy. This data will be gathered and used year over year to evaluate each targeted program and our recruitment strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Strong work ethic, initiative, sense of urgency, proactive with ability to work within a team
Able to communicate, partner, and influence senior executive leaders and key stakeholders
Demonstrated experience with full life-cycle physician recruiting as well as sourcing passive candidates
Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
Ability to manage competing priorities
Ability to travel to Target programs
