The Provider Contracting Administration Coordinator 2 supports the administration of the contracting function. The Provider Contracting Administration Coordinator 2 performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. Performs computations. Typically works on semi-routine assignments.
Responsibilities
Enclara, is a wholly owned hospice and palliative care pharmacy business acquired by Humana in 2021. Enclara is the nation's largest full-service pharmacy benefits manager (PBM) specifically for the hospice and palliative care sectors. Serving over 450 customers and nearly 100,000 patients nationally, Enclara works closely with hospices to reduce pharmacy costs, improve patient care and support caregivers through: digital innovations, flexible medication access, one-on-one clinical support, and excellent customer service.

The Neighborhood Connection Coordinator is responsible for performing new client implementations, routine pharmacy check-in calls, reworking pharmacy networks and addressing requests or issues pertaining to Neighborhood Connections pharmacies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure all Neighborhood Connections pharmacy records are accurately entered into Salesforce.
Persuade targeted pharmacies to participate in Enclara's Neighborhood Connections program and stock appropriate hospice medications. Ensure all appropriate ancillary services are identified and communicated to Account Management and the client.
Negotiate and set up exhibit h agreements for pharmacies that provide clients with ancillary services such as deliveries, after hours pharmacy support, and compliance packaging. Ensure that all documentation and approvals are received and in place prior to executing the agreement.
Conduct regular check in calls to maintain productive relationships with participating Neighborhood Connections pharmacies.
Assist with escalated Neighborhood Connections complaints/concerns and facilitate issue resolution in a professional, timely, and courteous manner.
Assist with day to day customer service related issues as needed.
Produce accurate NC Lists for Account Management & clients.
Support new staff training when requested, to ensure a high standard of customer service.

Education and/or Experience:
At least 6 months of experience at Enclara Pharmacia preferred: call center experience preferred but not required.
Experienced in working in a fast-paced, dynamic growth environment.
Proven project management, prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
Computer Skills:
Must be technologically savvy, computer literate, and experienced in Microsoft Office Suite, Pharmacy Information Systems, Internet research, and utilizing a contact management database.
