Description

The Inventory Planning Clerk 1 ensures security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review. The Inventory Planning Clerk 1 performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically works on routine and patterned assignments.

Responsibilities

The Inventory Planning Clerk 1 develops and executes replenishment strategies; conducts physical inventories and leads cycle counts. Analyzes and, when able, corrects cycle count discrepancies. Audits incoming and outgoing shipments to assure quality and accuracy. Compiles and documents all transactions for data entry. Decisions are limited to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities and timing, and works under close supervision and/or within established policies/practices and guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation.

The shift for this position is 4 days per week 6:00am - 4:30pm

You will work (4) 10 hour days - Monday - Saturday.

Saturday is a required work day, however you will have 3 other off days including Sunday, and 2 other days during the week with 2 of the days being back to back.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience in mail order or distribution type environment

Preferred Qualifications

Inventory Experience

Forklift Experience

Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Tech in Training or willingness/desire to become a Pharmacy Technician.
