The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 2 performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. Typically works on semi-routine assignments. This role is work at home.

Responsibilities NOTE: You must live and be licensed/certified in Arizona, Ohio or Texas . Responsible for researching and updating clarifications and denials on patient profilesResponsible for making or taking phones calls to and from providers and patientsDecisions are typically focused on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments.Ability to solve problems and encourage others in collaborative problem solving.Self-directed, but also able to work well in a group.A positive, proactive attitude, energetic, highly motivated and a self-starter. Role Essentials Candidates for this position must have:

Must have an active Pharmacy Technician License (Registered or Certified)

1 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a retail, mail order or hospital pharmacy

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Experience using multiple computer applications simultaneously

Strong data entry skills

A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for customer service

Ability to be scheduled between 8am - 8pm EST Monday through Friday.

Must be able to work overtime as required by business needs

Must be able to meet work at home requirements Role Desirables Inbound/outbound call experience in any pharmacy setting a plus Arizona: Working in the state of Arizona must comply with the Tobacco Free Hiring Policy and upon offer will be subjected to nicotine testing as part of a 10-panel drug test Interview Format: As part of our hiring process for this opportunity, we will be using an exciting interviewing technology called Modern Hire to enhance our hiring and decision-making ability. Required Qualifications

Must have an active license with the Board of Pharmacy in the appropriate state.

Less than 3 years of related experience

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

National Certification, PTCB CphT
