Responsibilities
The Contract Tools, Education, Processes Professional Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Leads cross-functional groups of peers through a variety of different projects from start through implementation
Designs and develops training presentations which includes advising on content and layout to ensure the information is complete, accurate, and delivered in an easily consumable manner
Works with cross-functional groups to develop comprehensive process documentation
Assists in maintaining our team's SharePoint site and resources
Updates/maintains existing training resources and documentation
Required Qualifications
2 years of experience in designing, documenting, or improving business processes
1 year demonstrated use of analytical/problem solving skills to tackle moderately complex problems
Experience of interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action during projects
Clear oral and written communication skills
Flexible, dynamic personality who works well in a team environment
Possesses a solid understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across department(s)
Flexibility to change directions quickly and flourish in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration and/or related field
Master's degree in Business and/or related field
Project management experience on mid to large scale projects
Lean or Six Sigma Certification

This position will work on an Eastern Time Zone schedule.
