Essential Functions: Helps identify, schedule, plan, execute, and evaluate wellness programs to ensure continuous year-round opportunities for employees to become educated and participate in programs related to physical, financial, social, and emotional well-being. Coordinates and promotes monthly health seminars on health and wellness topics (i.e., lunch & learn). Maintains Company\u2019s wellness social media accounts; posts information relating to nutrition, motivational tips, and workouts. Maintains Health & Wellness page on Company\u2019s intranet site. Coordinates and promotes quarterly charity drives. Coordinates and maintains information for company sponsored sports, recreational teams, and runs/walk events. Promotes utilization of wellness visits and screenings as well as the fitness center. Coordinates and implements annual flu shot and mammogram programs. Coordinates and implements fitness and wellness programs to include challenges, online activities, and individual initiatives that accommodate diverse needs and schedules. Collects and evaluates appropriate program data to support Return on Investment (ROI). Maintains updated files related to health and wellness. Coordinates with off-site labs on health and wellness programs and events. Coordinates Health and Wellness Fairs for employees. Develops and maintains relationships with vendors and other community wellness providers to identify potential events and activities; facilitates agreed upon events. Helps develop and implement wellness incentive programs. Helps develop and implement assessment plans to determine the population and sub-population health and lifestyle needs; assembles and analyzes this data to design an \u201CAnnual Strategic Wellness Plan\u201D that includes three key areas (behavioral, satisfaction and financial). Conducts ergonomic trainings and evaluations at the direction of the Health and Wellness Program Manager; performs follow-up evaluations as necessary. Maintains and updates ergonomic assessment files as necessary. Serves as first responder by providing first-aid to injured employees when necessary and assisting with initial reporting of injuries. Develops and maintains relationships with Human Resources and internal Company personnel to integrate wellness into the workplace and continue communication of opportunities. Coordinates with Human Resources and direct management in a timely manner on any and all employee relations matters.Education and Experience:Bachelor\u2019s degree in Health Education, Health Promotion, Health Science, Human Resources, or related field.Minimum two (2) years experience in Health and Wellness or related experience.Pay Range: $21.00-$25.00/hr
