A healthy work life balance is essential:

Fitness Center staffed hours are Monday-Thursday 6:00am-7:00pm, Fridays 6:00am-5:00pm

Off on weekends and holidays

You qualify for this exciting opportunity with:

Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science preferred

1-2 years experience in fitness industry, supervisory experience preferred.

ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NASM, or NSCA certification, or willing to obtain a certification within the first year of employment

Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications (American Red Cross or American Heart Association), in-person skills component required

A day in the life of a Corporate Fitness Works Team Leader:

Provides superior customer service to members/clients and assists the team in overseeing general facility operations and services

Develops safe and effective exercise programs; provides general supervision

Leads new and innovative group exercise classes (both in-person and virtual)

Administers fitness assessments; provides results counseling

Assists members with reaching their personal fitness goals

Participates in and gains exposure to a wide variety of fitness center operations, such as safety standards, equipment cleaning and maintenance and facility orientations

Participates in membership enrollment procedures

Assists with developing and implementing creative incentive and health promotion programs

Assists in developing annual program plans to ensure ongoing member engagement

Interacts with client and members; establishes mutually beneficial relationships

Contributes to ongoing client communication including; reports and meetings

Supports ongoing budget management efforts
