Position Summary:

The Home Health Aide is responsible for providing personal care support services, under the supervision of the appropriate professional staff, that assist the patient or family/caregiver achieve physical and emotional comfort according to State and Federal Regulations. This position works under limited supervision and therefore work situations require a service-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills to deliver care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups. Limited independent decision-making is expected in the execution of specified daily routine duties

Minimum Requirements:

Home Health or Hospice experience preferred.

Education/Licenses/Certifications:

Current WA CNA license. Current CPR certification.
