Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
Lead Clinical Workflow and Application Education teams
Create and execute strategic vision
Partner with PMO leader on customer success
Partner with training leaders and provide input and direction on training course needs
Create value driven flexible clinical engagement models
Provide thought leadership and guidance to internal and external stakeholders
Understand customer needs and translate into actionable plans
Foster and grow relationships across and within the business
Work collaboratively with other services leaders to drive best practice sharing, champion and execute changes that will significantly improve overall customer experience, organizational efficiency and productivity and cycle time
Identify, measure and monitor key business performance metrics to ensure customer, employee and business commitments are met
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3 years of clinical experience in invasive or noninvasive cardiology or cardiology product marketing - OR -Associate degree and 5 years of clinical experience in invasive and/or noninvasive cardiology or cardiology service lines.
5 years’ experience leading clinical services teams
5 years’ experience with Cardiology IT
Willingness to travel 25%
Desired Characteristics:
Prior leadership experience in a Cardiology and/or Clinical setting and an understanding of the healthcare and health tech industries and trends in the clinical space
Prior experience successfully leading complex projects
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships including executive and cross functional.
Ability to listen effectively, synthesize and translate information to audiences with varying levels of knowledge
Demonstrated track record of ownership, empathy for customer, understanding of stakeholder needs
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Able to communicate clearly, negotiate, listen, mitigate conflict, build alliances, and achieve desired results using strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills. Advanced negotiation and influencing skills.
Ability to work closely with others on intangible issues across organizational and business-entity boundaries
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence change within large matrixed organizations
Ability to build connections and establish credibility quickly with key stakeholders. Demonstrated success in building and maintaining lasting and deep internal and customer relationships
Change Management Skills: able to shape complex group and maintain quality while improving time to implement. Proven ability to work in a high process-driven, structured environment
Strong leadership skills, which include: the ability to influence and coach; executive presence, multi-task, open, with a balance of information sharing and trust; have fun and connect with staff.
Provide service leadership in order to achieve revenue and margin targets, customer loyalty, world-class service, and employee satisfaction
Experience and high comfort level engaging with hospital and company executives of all levels
Proven leadership abilities and experience with developing high performing cross functional teams and driving change

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
