The Senior Analyst, Quality Projects supports key initiatives within DaVita
Integrated Kidney Care related to the development and operation of integrated
care programs.The Analyst will support the development of innovative models,
educational materials, and business process analysis. In addition, this
position works effectively across multiple functional areas to drive team
efforts toward common goals related to integrated care programs. The analyst
should demonstrate a proven ability to creatively problem solve and examine
and translate data into meaningful business insights to support these
programs.
The Senior Analyst, Quality Projects will also assist in the creation and
management of datasets and demonstrate a proven ability to analyze and
translate data.
This role would require the candidate to be on site in our Denver HQ 2-3 days
per week.
Responsibilities:
Conducts regular communications with DaVita IKC Operations team to ensure
ongoing reporting and auditing needs are met, and conducts operational
reporting development and delivery
Prepares materials for presentation to senior level management both internal
and external to DaVita
Act as a liaison between different business lanes within DaVita departments to
facilitate the collection and analysis of operational and financial parameters
Proficient in data analytics and financial modeling
Present findings from analysis to external and internal clients/stakeholders
Develops knowledge of competitive products and external factors in each market
Assists with new integrated care product design
Make significant contributions to the definition of content/agendas and
research for special projects
Use effective methods and well-developed interpersonal skills to collaborate
with and gather information from experts at all levels of organization
Work closely with department teammates to assist in evaluating, implementing
and monitoring progress on key development opportunities
Perform quality review of analyses and contracts
Uses a professional presentation style to communicate and creates effective
visuals to convey data/info in easily digestible manner with clear takeaways
Prepares, organizes, and displays data/results to convey targeted
messages for each audience
Prepares and executes against marketing and communication strategies
Understands regulatory guidelines and operates within the guidelines to
mitigate risk to the business
Participates in special projects outside of the day-to-day scope on
responsibility
Apply a relentless attention to detail in all deliverables and effectively
drives projects and tasks to completion
Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in a related field
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint required; intermediate
proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
Experience with VBA and SQL a plus
Healthcare or clinical background or educational experiences preferred
1 years of experience in consulting, or corporate strategy role preferred
Potential up to 25% travel

* Minimum of three (3) years\' healthcare reimbursement experience
