The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 2 performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. Performs computations. Typically works on semi-routine assignments.

Responsibilities

The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 2 ensures rejecting claims are resolved as appropriate and when applicable. Decisions are typically focus on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments. Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction. Follows standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and/or independent discretion.

Required Qualifications

Must have an active Pharmacy Technician license in Arizona, Florida, Ohio or Texas.

Must reside within the hiring site: Arizona, Florida, Ohio or Texas.

National Certification - PTCB

6 months of experience as a Pharmacy Technician

Excellent communication skills

Experience using multiple computer applications simultaneously

A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for customer service

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences Preferred Qualifications

High School diploma or GED

Previous data entry/data analysis experience

Working knowledge of Argus

Working knowledge of CRM
