The Resident Care Director is responsible for the overall operation of resident care services at the nursing community. Position HighlightsDevelop, maintain and monitor a service plan for each resident being attentive to each customeras an individual and in accordance with state assisted living regulations.Monitor and maintain compliance with all state regulations.Meet regularly with the supportive services, social services to evaluate resident service needs.* Responsible for nursing department employee recruitment and retention.Implement training programs and in-services for all employees in accordance with stateassisted living regulations. *Operate/maintain nursing department within budgetary guidelines and authorize purchasing inthe department. *A graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing. *Must have a minimum of two years' experience working with elders or disabled individuals as well as demonstrated supervisory and management skills.
