Description
Responsibilities
This position will maintain the Humana Military ACD website Autism Center of Excellence (CoE); ensuring educational information is current and relevant to training needs in addition to analyzing and organizing content and designs solutions. This position owns updates to the ACD toolkit describing what to expect from the Demonstration. Responsibility will also include material development for provider and beneficiary newsletters and other resources to ensure accurate communication and understanding ACD policy interpretation.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Partners with SMEs and other identified resources throughout the Enterprise to maintain the New to the ACD information toolkit as required under TOM Chapter 18 Section 4
Collaborates across the enterprise utilizing knowledge and expertise to contribute to innovation and process improvement related to the ACD's parental and family support platform aiding in communication and understanding of the Demonstration.
Collaborate across the enterprise to ensure coordinated efforts, alignment with and understanding of other functional areas and the integrative requirements for the success of the Demonstration
Maintain the Humana Military ACD Autism Center of Excellence (CoE) - Routinely review and update content and collaborate with ACD leaders to refresh content
Work collaboratively with vendors to provide access to available resources - CoE should be one stop shop for everything ASD & ACD related
Maintain ASD specific trainings for ACD associates ensuring opportunity for performance excellence and compliance with TOM Chapter 18, section 4
Updated trainings with relevant information as appropriate
Maintenance of ACD training documents in Mentor
Collaborate with ACD leaders on identifying newsletter topics and reviewing write up
Required Qualifications
Our Department of Defense contract requires U.S. citizenship for this position
Successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance (eQIP - Electronic Questionnaire for Investigation Processing)
Bachelor's degree
1 - 3 years of technical experience
1 year of managed care experience
Experience in creating presentations, education content and other forms of media
Proficient with Microsoft Office products
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to prioritize appropriately.
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with the TRICARE Autism Care Demonstration

Work at Home Requirements
Must have a separate room with a locked door that can be used as a home office to ensure you have absolute and continuous privacy while you work
