What will your day look like?Flex your leadership skills by affirming and amplifying the strategic vision and direction of the Health Solution Line within North AmericaApply your strategic perspective to align a consistent set of best-in-class solution and service offerings consistent with region priorities to drive growth, innovation, performance standards and build capabilitiesTake ownership of the budget and coordinate the product management and development of new products that are of particular importance to regional markets and clients with the potential to be globally scalableOwn annual and multi-year revenue and contribution margin growth plans that map to (and comprise portions of) the region growth plan and global Health Solution Line planCollaborate with internal teams and third-party partners (e.g., carriers) to ensure clients receive solutions that exceed their needsExecute region-specific marketing activities linked to the overall plan for business messaging on a regional and global levelUse your research and networking abilities to keep the pulse on emerging business opportunities to evaluate the potential for new service offeringsProactively build strategic external partnerships and use relationships to fulfill client needsPartner across solution lines and other sales channels to implement strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing client accounts Knowledge, skills, experience and attributes to help you succeed in this rolePassionate about the value provided by solution lineGenuine expertise in the field with the ability to exemplify “the best of Aon” in the solution area with clients, at conferences, in publications, etc.Relevant experience in the US healthcare space, either from the advisory (consulting/broking) or supply side (large market insurance carrier/payer or services point solutions) Deep connections across partners and industry groups in their market area Proven track record of identifying, attracting and retaining top talentHistory of building inclusive and diverse teams and fostering an environment in which all employees are valued and heardAbility to empower and encourage others, crafting an environment for continuous learning and connection Regulatory RequirementsMaintain regulatory licenses, permissions and technical or other requirements applicable under local legislation Education RequirementsBachelor’s degree required, with a preference for an advanced degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.15 years of immersive healthcare market experience.10 years of leadership in a benefits consulting, management consulting, health plan or other healthcare services company that sells into employers, consumers, or payers.
