Since our founding in 2001, we have contributed millions of dollars to the Benaroya Research Institute (BRI) in Seattle, WA.The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for supporting tactical day-to-day administration and operation of the Salesforce.com platform and related processes and workflow. The successful candidate will work with the user community on an ongoing basis to improve and enhance the CRM/Salesforce platform and business processes. The position will be part of an initial implementation effort as well as post go-live support and future enhancement phases of the CRM/Salesforce system and platform. The position needs to have a firm grasp of CRM/Salesforce best practices to drive and foster greater CRM/Salesforce adoption and to improve the internal customer experience on an ongoing basis. ','!*!Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree 2-5 years of business analysis and/or data analysis experience2 years of strong operational experience with Salesforce.com required Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team environment required Strong customer focus, ability to probe customer needs and translate customer requirements into system specifications Strong business acumen, superb knowledge of business processes and CRM best practices required to support business process requirementsPreferred: Salesforce.com Administrator certification is a strong plusVirginia Mason offers much more than competitive compensation and benefits.
