Description

The BH Link is hiring an administrative support professional who is excited to contribute to a program that makes a positive impact on the Rhode Island community! The BH Link is a behavioral health triage center, located in East Providence, which serves adults experiencing mental health and substance use crises.

The BH Link Program Assistant is responsible for providing a wide array of administrative support to the day-to-day operations of the facility.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Coordinating orders an invoices on behalf of the BH Link.

- Compiling and sending interoffice and interagency mail.

- Keeping track of program inventory and restocking food, office supplies, etc.

- Assisting in program recruitment – scheduling interviews and contacting references.

- Helping to ensure that licensing and accreditation requirements are met by the program/facility.

- Providing additional support BH Link’s data entry team, as needed.

- Assisting in the gathering and review of employee timesheets.

- Assisting program supervisors in coordinating employee benefit time and coverage.

- Providing information to partnering agencies as requested.

- Scheduling and attending meetings as appropriate.

- Providing miscellaneous administrative support to the BH Link program as needed

Required Credentials

- Degree in healthcare administration (or equivalent) or;

- Three years in an administrative support role.

-Bilingual applicants encouraged (and compensated).
