Community Care Alliance is seeking a Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist (PCNS) to provide mental health assessment and medication management to assigned clients with serious mental illness in our community support program located in our Woonsocket office building. The PCNS participates in treatment planning meetings with team members and coordinates care with treatment. The PCNS will work with a collaborating staff psychiatrist within the agency and will be directly supervised by a PCNS Administrator.
The ideal candidate will have experience in community mental health services as well as possess the ability to participate as a member of a multi-disciplinary team. Experience with substance use population is preferred.
Education/Licensing
: RI License as an advanced practice registered nurse with psych/mental health specialty. Current DEA license.
