Description
SeniorBridge/Humana is seeking a Care Management Support Assistant.
This professional contributes to the successful administration of home care by providing administrative support in new and existing Home Care markets. This is achieved by managing and building a network of contracted agencies to provide qualified caregivers for SeniorBridge clients who need assistance at home.
SeniorBridge is Humana's wholly-owned home care business acquired in 2012. We're passionate about helping families and loved ones find solutions that make life better. We provide concierge care management, private duty nursing, and personal care assistance services to seniors.
Responsibilities
The Care Management Support Assistant (CMSA) will be responsible for identifying, contracting and onboarding Home Health agencies to fill staffing needs for SeniorBridge and Humana. This person will be responsible for managing agency relationships, sourcing and identifying new agencies, and working closely with HR and IT departments to onboard new Home Health caregivers.
The CMSA makes decisions regarding the daily priorities for their work and they are the primary administrative owner of the agency contracting and onboarding process. This person must be comfortable with the software and technology used to manage multiple accounts and complete HR functions.
The CMSA works within broad guidelines and with little oversight. This is a Remote Work-At-Home opportunity.
Work hours are: 8:30am - 5pm EST (with some flexibility)
Required Qualifications
Highschool diploma
Administration support experience in a healthcare industry
Familiarity with care and well-being resources
Strong organizational skills
Familiarity with a contracting process, preferably in healthcare
Effective negotiation skills
Ability to persuade using a consultative sales approach
Proven ability to learn new HR and reporting systems
2 - 4 years of technical experience using Microsoft office products
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Associate's degree or higher
Experience with home care agency recruitment
