Description

SeniorBridge Home Care is looking for a dynamic Branch Administration Representative with outstanding communication, technology, and customer service skills to join the team in Scottsdale.

This position is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day paraprofessional scheduling and general office functions of assigned SeniorBridge branches. Responsibilities

SeniorBridge is Humana's wholly-owned home care business acquired in 2012. At SeniorBridge, we're passionate about helping families and loved ones find solutions that make life better. We provide concierge care management, private duty nursing, and personal care assistance services to seniors.

Dependent on the size of the branch, the Branch Administration Representative is specifically responsible for part or all of the following:

General Office Functions:

Provides concierge-level customer service to clients, caregivers and families

Answers phones and triages calls to appropriate professionals in the branch

Ensures that requests for homecare service are filled promptly , and scheduled into computer in a timely manner

Ensures sufficient supplies, stationery and forms on hand in the branch

Ensures accurate filing of records in office

Performs any other functions as requested by supervisor

Participates in On-Call handoff meetings as necessary

Attends weekly meetings for Schedulers

Maintains on-call logs

Scheduling:

Ensures that homecare aide schedules are complete and accurate in computer

Reviews Santrax records daily to ensure that all staff are at clients as scheduled. Follows up immediately on any discrepancies

Reviews all scheduled homecare daily in preparation for payroll, and billing approvals by manager

Reports any client or staff issues to supervisor promptly

May participate in administrative on call backed up by professional staff for client/family issues

Managing overtime for caregivers

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalency and proven math skills

Two or more years of related administrative experience in a healthcare setting

Two or more years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting

Experience in a high volume scheduling/call triaging environment

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work on various assignments simultaneously

Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing to provide a concierge level of service

Ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining strong partnering relationships with internal and external callers

Working knowledge of computers, internet access, and the ability to navigate within automated systems and a variety of software packages

Proficiency with Microsoft office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Associates working in the state of Arizona must comply with the Tobacco Free Hiring Policy below and upon offer will be subject to nicotine testing as part of a 10-panel drug test.

Associate's degree or higher in a related field

Experience in private pay home healthcare ideal

Experience with healthcare documentation software - Rosalind, Clear Care, etc.
